Maid with Joy goes above and beyond so that vacation rental hosts have easy, stress free turnovers. We work with hosts locally or even those who travel while their home or apartment is rented to travelers from Airbnb or VRBO. We provide the service and support all hosts need during every turnover. We help create the perfect experience for each new guest, allowing any host, new or experienced, to run their business. We can schedule a cleaning to start as soon as a guest departs so that a same day turnover is easy. What We Can Do for You:
Strip beds and wash all linens, towels and small bathmats or kitchen rugs on site or pick up and drop off at a local fluff and fold.
Bathrooms: scrub toilets, tubs, showers, sinks and floors. Hang/ fold clean towels, replace toilet paper, replace amenities: soap, shampoo, rinse.
Kitchen: empty contents of the refrigerator and freezer and clean; wipe out oven and microwave; empty dishwasher and put away all dishes and pots and pans; replace paper towels, clean all surface areas and scrub floors.
Bedrooms: Make beds with fresh linens, dust, vacuum
Living and dining room: dust and vacuum, fluff pillows
Trash: throw out all trash and replace all bins with fresh plastic liners.
Patio and Balcony: Sweep and dust outdoor furniture, water potted plants, wipe down BBQ (Linens, towels, garbage bags, toilet paper and all other amenities and detergent are provided by the clients. However, if you’re in a pinch we can help out!).
