Maid with Joy specializes in personalized cleanings. We can tailor your weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or occasional service to suit YOUR NEEDS. We understand that each client has unique needs and that each home is unique, too. Simply let us know how and where you want the cleaners to spend their time so that you get the service you want and need. Our basic cleaning includes all or any of the following:
KITCHEN:
REFRIGERATOR: Clean, dry and shine exterior.
SINK: Clean, scrub and sanitize. Wash dishes.
FLOORS: Vacuum/Mop all floors, vacuum rugs.
STOVE: Clean stove top, burner grates, and control knobs.
COUNTER TOPS: Wash and sanitize countertops
CABINETS: Wipe exterior of kitchen cabinets
TRASH: Empty trash
STAIRS & HALLWAYS: Sweep, mop & vacuum stairs, hallways, entrance and wipe handrails
BEDROOMS: Dust furniture, maintain baseboards and windowsills, change linens or make beds. Vacuum or mop floors and clean under beds that are high enough. Empty trash.
BATHROOM: Scour tub, toilets and sinks. Shine chrome, mirrors and glass shower doors, wipe tile and surface areas, mop floors. Remove mildew if possible and empty trash.
LIVING, DINING AND FAMILY ROOMS: Dust thoroughly, vacuum sofas, vacuum and/ or mop floors.

Dust windows and blinds
Your Checklist: Every customer has different needs. That is why with Maid with Joy Agency you have the freedom to customize your service to fit your individual needs. At the time of your booking, please let our customer service staff know what items you’d like done by your maid. If there is anything not listed, just add it.
Maid with Joy offers same day service at no extra charge. Availability is limited so please call us as soon as you have the preferred time of your cleaning.
